Why do people have phobias.
Phobia is a familiar issue to every human being and it has be a state that is actually fixed with fear,Many phobias develop as a result of having a negative experience or panic attack related to a specific object or situation as this preface as to related to panic,It has even been found that phobic anxiety can be life-threatening for some people, increasing the risk of suffering from heart disease in men.
Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object.But in some cases, even thinking about the source of a phobia can make a person feel anxious or panicky. This is known as anticipatory anxiety.Research even appoint this that when talking about phobia it is a critical part of life especially the two common phobia,complex and simple phobia,
Complex phobias tend to be more disabling than simple phobias.
They usually develop during adulthood and are often associated with a deep-rooted fear or anxiety about a particular situation or circumstance.getting reason why people get phobia Is slightly strict because phobia is in form of human part .Past incidents or traumas. Certain situations might have a lasting effect on how you feel about them and also Genetic and environmental factors can cause phobias. Children who have a close relative with an anxiety disorder are at risk of developing a phobia. Distressing events, such as nearly drowning, can bring on a phobia. Phobia are classified in many different ways which are accompanied with the object or creature someone is being terrified of, some are herbal phobic while some people are hydrophobic and lots more.
Conclusion
Therefore, phobia caused in people is due to past experience or negative encounter that they came across on such thing, like I said it can be group into different categories, but whatever the type it may be,it should be careful dealt with to avoid the risk of heart attack.
